Our Commitment to Quality
Each Verdora object is made from natural stone, solid brass, or carefully selected metal components. Because these materials are naturally varied, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Variations in stone veining, colour balance, mineral markings, surface pores, brass patina, or subtle hand-finished details are part of the character of natural materials and are not considered defects.
Due to the substantial weight of our stone and metal objects, the protective packaging required, and the complexity of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after dispatch, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Every piece is carefully reviewed before it begins its journey home.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, natural stone objects are heavy, and damage during transit can occasionally occur.
If your item arrives physically damaged or has a functional defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mlu@verdoralife.com.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and protective inner packaging
- A short description of the issue
- An unboxing video, if available
Please do not discard the original packaging until the case has been reviewed.
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation. In most cases involving a damaged stone item, you will not be required to return the damaged product.
Natural Material Variations
Natural variation is not considered damage or defect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Differences in marble, travertine, or onyx veining
- Colour variation between pieces
- Natural pores, mineral markings, or small surface irregularities
- Slight differences from product photos caused by natural stone variation
- Natural darkening or patina of solid brass over time

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mlu@verdoralife.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
EU / EEA / UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to applicable law.
To exercise this right, please contact us at mlu@verdoralife.com within the withdrawal period.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You may also be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any eligible refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or bank.
