Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality
Every Verdora piece is crafted from natural stone and solid brass, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Due to the heavyweight nature of our functional sculptures and the complexities of international freight, all sales are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or natural variations in stone veining and brass oxidation.

Damages and Issues
We rigorously drop-test our packaging, but we understand that the journey of heavy stone can be unpredictable. We offer replacements or refunds exclusively for items that arrive physically damaged in transit or have functional defects.

To be eligible for a resolution:

You must inspect your order upon reception.
We take full responsibility for items damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Do not discard the original packaging
  2. Record an unboxing video at the time of opening
  3. Submit clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to mlu@verdoralife.com within 48 hours of delivery

Upon reviewing the evidence, we will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a refund. You will not be required to ship the heavy damaged item back to us.
