Because Verdora objects are made from natural stone and metal, each order requires careful handling, quality inspection, and protective preparation before dispatch.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center.
Protection Designed for Natural Stone
Natural stone objects require more than standard packaging. Each piece is secured within a custom-molded EPE protective insert, with a thick protective top layer and a reinforced outer carton designed for international shipping.

Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
Complimentary Standard Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $199 USD. Availability may vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on destination regulations and are not included in the checkout price.
Damage Protection
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mlu@verdoralife.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
