1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using the Verdora Life website at www.verdoralife.com ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. By using our site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use our website for any illegal purpose, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit malicious code.

3. PRODUCTS AND MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Natural Material Variations: You acknowledge that our products are crafted from natural stone (such as marble and travertine) and solid unlacquered brass. Inherent geological variations in stone veining, color gradients, surface pores, and the natural oxidation (patina) of brass are intrinsic characteristics of the materials, not manufacturing defects. We do not warrant that the physical characteristics of the delivered product will exactly match the photographic representations.
Pricing: All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Order Acceptance: Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may require additional verification for certain orders.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing and packaging phase, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing Time: Due to the substantial weight and meticulous packaging required, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
Split Shipments: Orders containing both heavyweight stone objects and essential oils may be shipped in separate packages via specialized carriers.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. FINAL SALES AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Due to the heavyweight nature of our natural stone products and the complexities of international freight, all sales are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
Claims for items damaged in transit or manufacturing defects must be reported to mlu@verdoralife.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and original packaging.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Verdora products are constructed from solid stone and metal, making them exceptionally heavy. You are solely responsible for handling, placing, and securing these items safely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or structural damage resulting from the weight, dropping, or improper placement of our products.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.
