Important Notice: Split Shipments
To ensure the safe transit of our materials, your items may be dispatched from different facilities. Because we utilize solid natural stone (heavyweight freight) and pure botanical liquids (specialized transit), if your order includes both marble/brass objects and essential oils, they will be shipped in separate packages. You will receive distinct tracking numbers for each parcel, and they may arrive on different dates.

How to Track Your Packages
Once an item from your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

The specific tracking number for that parcel.

A direct link to monitor its progress.

An estimated delivery timeframe.

Order Status Guide

Processing: Your items are undergoing meticulous quality inspection and secure packaging (3-5 business days).

Shipped: Your package has left our fulfillment center and is in the carrier's network.

In Transit: The package is moving through international or domestic transit hubs.

Out for Delivery: The package has reached your local dispatch center and will arrive shortly.

Delivered: The package has been successfully dropped off at your designated address.

If you have received one tracking number but are missing items from your order, please rest assured that the remaining pieces are en route via a separate secure carrier.
