Frequently Asked Questions

What size taper candle does the holder accommodate?
The holder is designed for a standard taper candle. Check that the candle fits securely in the recessed opening before lighting. The exact opening diameter should be added once confirmed from the product specifications.
How can I help the candle stand straight?
Use a taper candle that fits the opening closely and press it in gently without forcing it. When needed, a small amount of candle-fitting wax may be used to help stabilize the base. Always confirm that the candle is upright before lighting.
How should I remove dried wax from the marble?
Allow the wax to cool and harden fully, then lift it away gently with a fingernail or a smooth plastic edge. Wipe away any remaining residue with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use metal tools, abrasive pads, or harsh cleaners.
Will my candle holder look exactly like the product photos?
Not exactly. Each holder is carved from natural white marble, so the balance of grey veining, tonal variation, and mineral markings will differ from piece to piece.
How does the holder protect delicate surfaces?
Clear 3M™ silicone bumper pads are included for the underside. They create a discreet buffer between the marble and glass, lacquered, or polished wood surfaces while adding grip.

A Note on Craftsmanship & Natural Stone

Our Quality Commitment
As an independent studio, we believe in being honest about our materials. Natural marble organically features delicate crystal lines and texture variations, which we celebrate as part of the stone's authentic identity. However, every single piece is carefully inspected by our team before shipping to ensure it is structurally sound, beautifully finished, and meets our studio standards.
